After removing the floor and sill. Use masking tape to
cut straight and cut on the correct side of the tape. The saw blade thickness
could mess up your measurements. |
The sedan sill is a little higher and the placement of
the jack is different. |

Floor fitting. Bolt it down to the chassis to make sure
everything will be align once you are done. |

You can see the difference in eight. The replacement
part, which was for a sedan, goes slightly lower than the original sill. The
parts are sand blasted and tacked for alignment. |
I have punched holes on the floor for spot welding.

I made holes on the floor board to spot weld. The metal
is prepped and painted with weldable primer. |
My job is done. The owner will take care later of the difference
between the new sill and the original one. |
